You will ensure the quality management of the Teknos Group according to the strategy and the quality roadmap by supporting us in ensuring that the products and services meet the requirements of the company, customers and industry standards.
The job location is preferably some of our locations in Finland, Denmark or Sweden, whereby your local responsibilities are concentrated in these countries, but are not limited to them.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure and carry out the complaint handling process for assigned complaints at Group level and assigned local level.
- Ensure and carry out systematic internal/external complaint communication, tasks, documentation, tracking, monitoring, escalation process, risk assessment, effectiveness check and reporting according to the process and systems for assigned complaints at Group and local level.
- Ensure, carry out and finalize root cause analysis and problem resolution together with the responsible functions.
- Ensure communication and process linkage/steps related to the internal deviations process, escalation process, crisis management process, recall/return process or other linked processes with the relevant functions.
- Ensure and conduct training on the QM CPP processes.
- Ensure that customer, sales and product related processes are implemented and executed (e.g. customer questionnaire, other QM CPP processes)
- Ensure the exchange / communication, implementation and follow-up of best practices with defined functions (in communication with the Manager QM CPP).
Qualifications
- Training/Education in the manufacturing industry
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of production, R&D, QC or QM
- Ideally experience in quality management, complaint handling and tracking as well as in conducting and improving root cause analyses
- Further education and training in the field of ISO 9001, QM or complaint handling would be advantageous
- Good English and Finnish (Danish and Swedish are an advantage)
- Willingness for frequent and regular travel to the locations in the area of responsibility and class B driver's license
- A high level of initiative as well as an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset paired with quality awareness
- Communication skills, team spirit and resilience
