We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious professional to drive Teknos health, safety and well-being aligned with our overall strategy and health, safety and wellbeing roadmap.
Your role as Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager is to develop Teknos safety culture and wellbeing awareness and to support globally our function leaders, line managers and local HS professionals in implementing guidelines, processes and measures.
In this role, you will be part of our active Talent, Leadership and Culture team and report to the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing. The position involves occasional travel and can be based at any of our Teknos European locations, with the expectation of regular and frequent visits to a local office in a hybrid working model.
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Teknos wellbeing, health and safety directives, guidelines and programs
- Maintain and develop a strong safety culture by coaching and supporting leaders, managers and local HS professionals in wellbeing, health and safety
- Maintain and develop Teknos safety processes (risk assessments, observation handling, engagement talks, incident process) as process owner
- Create, maintain and develop guidelines for managing psychosocial risks
- Review and analyze HSW performance data to identify adverse trends and propose solutions for improvement
- Provide training to and support line organizations to implement wellbeing, health and safety requirements
- Develop wellbeing, health and safety awareness through active communication and engagement of employees
- Support and participate in annual and long-term planning for wellbeing, health and safety
- Support digitalization in HSW at a global level
- Act as system administrator for HS reporting system
- Member of global HSW team

Key skills and qualifications :
- Several years of experience as a senior expert or leader in the field of health, safety, and wellbeing, preferably within an international production or manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and wellbeing policies, guidelines, and programs within an organization
- In-depth practical knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 standards
- Ability to leverage digital tools and technologies to enhance health, safety, and wellbeing functions
- A relevant academic background, preferably at the Master’s or Bachelor’s level
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop complex solutions, and lead their implementation using a systematic approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across countries and cultures
- A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to influence, motivate, and engage stakeholders at all levels in taking ownership of health and safety matters
- A continuous improvement mindset and a focus on the ongoing development of the health, safety, and wellbeing function
- Fluent English is mandatory, other languages are considered as plus
