As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Group ICT team. The role involves working directly with the business to understand and define data needs, as well as collaborating with other members of the Data Solutions Team and external partners to build, deliver, and maintain data-driven solutions. The position can be based at any of our Teknos European locations.
Daily tasks and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Qlik Sense
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across analytics solutions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making
Key skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analytics or related roles
- Hands-on experience in business data management and BI development
- Proficient in working with BI tools and dashboard design (experience with Power BI and/or Qlik Sense is a plus)
- Familiar with relational databases; SQL querying required (proficiency in SQL programming is an advantage)
- Understanding of (or a strong desire to learn) Data Science and Advanced Analytics (knowledge of Python or R is an asset)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a business-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English; other Teknos languages are a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems (especially IFS and Microsoft Dynamics)
- Data engineering experience including ETL processing, data modelling, and data warehousing)
- Familiarity with data from the manufacturing industry
