In dieser Position bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle für unsere Kunden und begleitest den gesamten Customer-Service-Prozess: von der ersten Anfrage über die Auftragsabwicklung bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung; inklusive enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen internen Abteilungen und der Pflege unserer Systeme.
DEINE VERANTWORTUNG
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und beantwortest Anfragen telefonisch und/oder per E-Mail auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Von der Bestellung bis zur Rechnungsstellung liegt die komplette Auftragsabwicklung in Deinen Händen, inklusive der Erstellung von Exportdokumenten
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst und internen Abteilungen wie Logistik, Finanzbuchhaltung und Produktionsplanung sorgst Du für reibungslose Abläufe und optimierst den Verkaufsprozess
- Lösungsorientierte und nachhaltige Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Du dokumentierst Kundeninformationen im CRM-System und pflegst Stammdaten im ERP-System

- Erfolgreich Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools
- Teamorientierte, freundliche Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift – sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
