In the role of a Regulatory Affairs Junior Specialist, Nordics your responsibilities will include providing support for Teknos colleagues and customers with the preparation of documentation such as Safety Data Sheets, compliance statements and compositional information. You will also be participating in Nordic Swan and Swedish ecolabel activities, ensuring that our products remain actively compliant to criteria and requirements.
In this role, you will join a Nordic regional Regulatory Affairs team responsible for Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway operations. You may be located in any of these countries, provided that you can regularly visit one of the local offices while working within a hybrid mode (minimum 2 days per week in a Teknos office).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
Preparation of regulatory-related documentation such as Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Compliance, Statements on content of substances in products etc.
Run internal checks on formulations and documentation, to ensure full compliance of the Teknos portfolio
Raise awareness when any potential non-compliance issues come to light
Participate in any activities related to ecolabel / Nordic Swan etc. compliance
Raw material data maintenance/management
Provide support for colleagues to guide them on specific challenges and advise on key topics e.g. the continued use of substances currently in the regulatory spotlight
Working, collaborating and communicating in various internal and external working groups, task forces and forums&lt;br /&gt;
