This role involves selling interior surface coating products, which require a high level of technical expertise. As a sales manager, you will coordinate and implement sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, managing sales activities, and monitoring performance in line with corporate company goals. We're looking for a sales manager in Poland to spearhead our interior products portfolio in the region. You will be working hand-in-hand with our global team to strengthen our market position and ensure long-term growth. This role is based in Poland (Warszawa, Województwo Mazowieckie or Województwo Łódzkie) and extensive travel within the region is involved, with an owner- and leadership mindset being essential.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Daily tasks and responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth, margin and profitability in line with global and regional targets by maintaining relationships with existing accounts and acquiring new customers in Poland
• Coordinate and implement sales strategies plus action plans aligned with the global Interior strategy by providing expert advice and support together with your local technical team to close deals
• Lead technical capabilities into commercial value, fostering a strong growth and hunter culture
• Drive pricing, contracting, negotiating and performance monitoring
• Manage customer risk and forecast sales in your region
• Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business and market opportunities throughout Poland to build the sales and opportunity pipeline by providing technical advice to customers and partners on TEKNOS range of industrial coatings and their applications
• Utilize, as a team player role model, cross-functional collaboration with your regional head, technical services, customer services, and business development managers
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support global strategic decisions by your professional use of the CRM system with regularly report of sales activities

In the role of a Regulatory Affairs Junior Specialist, Nordics your responsibilities will include providing support for Teknos colleagues and customers with the preparation of documentation such as Safety Data Sheets, compliance statements and compositional information. You will also be participating in Nordic Swan and Swedish ecolabel activities, ensuring that our products remain actively compliant to criteria and requirements.
In this role, you will join a Nordic regional Regulatory Affairs team responsible for Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway operations. You may be located in any of these countries, provided that you can regularly visit one of the local offices while working within a hybrid mode (minimum 2 days per week in a Teknos office).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
Preparation of regulatory-related documentation such as Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Compliance, Statements on content of substances in products etc.
Run internal checks on formulations and documentation, to ensure full compliance of the Teknos portfolio
Raise awareness when any potential non-compliance issues come to light
Participate in any activities related to ecolabel / Nordic Swan etc. compliance
Raw material data maintenance/management
Provide support for colleagues to guide them on specific challenges and advise on key topics e.g. the continued use of substances currently in the regulatory spotlight
Working, collaborating and communicating in various internal and external working groups, task forces and forums&lt;br /&gt;
